Shipping Policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Ty & Mor. Following are the terms and
conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.


Domestic Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.


Shipping rates 
Standard shipping charges are £5.50
Ty & Mor currently do not ship outside the U.K.


You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.


Damages
If you believe your item to be faulty, please conatct hello@tyandmor.com with a photograph of the damaged item and a detailed description of the fault. Please DO NOT attempt to repair the item of your own accord or via a third party. Please keep all orginal packaging until the matter is resolved.

All items must be checked upon receipt of delivery. All damaged or faulty items must be reported to us within 72 hours. We are unable to replace or refund if notified after this time. Please note we are only able to offer exchange on faulty items for the same item. 

Ty & Mor is not liable for any products lost during shipping. If you have not recieved your item please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

We will arrange collection of the faulty item from you and cover the delivery cost of the replacement.

Returns Policy

Obviously we want you to be delighted every time you shop at Ty & Mor. However if for any reason you aren’t totally satisfied with your purchase, please see the relevant information below.


Online Returns
If you would like to return an order you have made through our website please
email hello@tyandmor.com to arrange your refund.
 
Responsibility For Returning Items

If you change your mind please you can return your item to us within 30 days of dispatch. Please note that we do not cover the delivery cost of returns. Items can only be returned if they are in perfect condition and in the original packaging, so please ensure that they are packed well. We reserve the right to refuse a return on any item which is not in the right condition. Please take care to fully inspect your items to ensure you are happy with them before disposing of packaging, as failure to do so may result in us being unable to accept the returned item.
