how we work with you
the process
1. Concept
Following your initial enquiry via phone or email, we’ll arrange a home or site visit to better understand your requirements before starting the design process. We'll also take preliminary measurements. There is no charge for this visit.
2. Devolpment
After discussing your needs and style preferences, we will send you a quote, once approved, we’ll create a fully costed and detailed design presentation, a 50% deposit secures the design.
3. Delivery
From the first day to final styling, we’ll manage your project with care and clear communication—ensuring everything runs smoothly and stress-free.
