Returns Policy

Obviously we want you to be delighted every time you shop at Ty & Mor. However if for any reason you aren’t totally satisfied with your purchase, please see the relevant information below.


Online Returns
If you would like to return an order you have made through our website please
email hello@tyandmor.com to arrange your refund.
 
Responsibility For Returning Items

If you change your mind, you can return your item to us within 14 days of dispatch. Please note that we do not cover the delivery cost of returns. Items can only be returned if they are in perfect condition and in the original packaging, so please ensure that they are packed well. We reserve the right to refuse a return on any item which is not in the right condition. Please take care to fully inspect your items to ensure you are happy with them before disposing of packaging, as failure to do so may result in us being unable to accept the returned item. 

We are unable to issue a refund if the items are lost or damaged whilst being returned to us. We therefore recommend you get proof of postage or a tracking number to follow your parcel.

Damages and issues

If you believe your item to be faulty, please conatct hello@tyandmor.com with a photograph of the damaged item and a detailed description of the fault. Please DO NOT attempt to repair the item of your own accord or via a third party. Please keep all orginal packaging until the matter is resolved.

All items must be checked upon receipt of delivery. All damaged or faulty items must be reported to us within 72 hours. We are unable to replace or refund if notified after this time. Please note we are only able to offer exchange on faulty items for the same item. 

Ty & Mor is not liable for any products lost during shipping. If you have not recieved your item please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

We will arrange collection of the faulty item from you and cover the delivery cost of the replacement.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalised items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sample sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method for the item/ items purchased minus shipping costs. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
